A month carved into memory

Twelve years ago, we opened this door for the very first time—quietly, simply,not knowing if anyone would walk in,not knowing how far this journey would take us.There were countless questions in our minds,yet only one certainty we held close:

We wished for everyone who came here to feel like they were dining at a friend’s home.

From the first plate to this very day,every flavour has felt like conversation—food telling stories, time preserving them.We’ve witnessed smiles, shared laughter, even joyful tears,and welcomed the return of familiar faces year after year,at the same tables, different seasons of life.

Some tables marked first birthdays.Some celebrated anniversaries.Some were ordinary eveningsthat quietly became extraordinary memories.

To some, L’éléphant may simply be a restaurant.But to us, it is a keeper of moments.A small room where food, art, and people meet so naturally.Where one bite, one sip, even one scentcan take the heart further back than expected.

These twelve years are beautiful—not because everything was perfect,but because we never walked them alone.Because friends came through this door,shared their time, shared their hearts,and gave this house warmth, meaning, and stories to hold.
