Three chefs, Chef Oan Pathapee from L'éléphant together with Chef Ray, Rewat Srilachai from Northeast (Isaan), Chef Phubase Chuprakong's Aquila, from the South, all collaborate to create Off-menu that relishes their regions' unique touch.
